I am passionate about careers and have delivered careers services within a variety of education and community settings before becoming the Careers and Employer Engagement Manager at Deyes.
I strongly believe that everybody has the potential to achieve a fulfilling, prosperous and long lasting career. My job at Deyes is to ensure that all students engage with their career planning and have access to inspiring careers encounters within and outside of their lessons.
I work with students, teachers, employers and parents/carers to design careers programmes and I am always pleased to hear from anyone who would like to get involved in the careers work we deliver across the Lydiate Learning Trust.

I manage a range of activities for students across the schools, all with the aim of preparing students for a more fulfilled working life. I negotiate with business partners to support and develop Work Related Learning provision and co-ordinate an extensive range of activities.
