Return to School - Testing Information

In response to the Government’s announcement last week we are now finalising our plans to return to school.

Of course this needs to be a safe return and we have a responsibility, set out by the DfE, to offer COVID testing to all students to enable this to happen. Students have the option to be tested three times in the first two weeks which will ensure their own safety, the safety of others and hopefully ensure very few disruptions to their learning in the weeks and months to come. CLICK HERE to read the Headteacher’s letter for more information on return to school plans.

By participating in COVID testing at school, your child will then automatically become eligible for home testing after our three tests are complete. CLICK HERE for a guide on how to carry out the test at home. Testing is voluntary, although we would appreciate participation in the scheme wherever possible. In order for your child to be tested we will need your consent. The documents you need to register this consent can be accessed from the links below and returned to school electronically.
